Etimaad Property Network (“EPN”, “we”, “us”) develops and sells property on the Raiwind Road corridor in Lahore. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form on this site we receive your name, email address, subject and message. That is the whole form.
If you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, along with the number or address you contacted us from.
We do not ask for your CNIC, bank details or any other sensitive information through this website. If you go ahead with a booking, the paperwork that requires is handled at our office, not here. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to talk to you about the property you asked about. If you ask us to keep you posted on a project, we will — and you can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who sees it
Enquiries reach our own team by email. Beyond that, only the providers who make this site and our email work — our web host and our email provider — and only so they can provide that service.
We will not pass your details to any other company without asking you first.
Other services this site loads
Some parts of the site are served by third parties, which means your browser contacts them directly and they can see your IP address:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site
- Google Maps — the map on the Contact page
- WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram — links only; nothing is shared with them until you click
What those companies do with that is covered by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This site sets the cookies needed to run and to serve pages quickly. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising service. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it does. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are dealing with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or be taken off our contact list.
